Drawn from Operational, Systems and Business Process Management roles in the international Transportation & Logistics industries, Atlogus people offer real world solutions to our Clients' problems.
We have led major IT and Process Development Projects in some of the world's leading Transportation & Logistics companies - either as employees or vendors. We are able to integrate quickly into our Client's environments, and pride ourselves on our ability to think and act in line with the Client's culture. When we challenge assumptions and stretch thinking, we do so in the same language and style of our Customers. There is no rigid 'Atlogus Way' - rather the practical application of our experiences and past problem solving to our Customers' challenges.
Implementation
We have our own innovative vision of systems, process changes and strategic initiatives but our real value is in the practical implementation of this vision. It has been generated through many years of facing practical problems and solving them within very cost conscious industries. Our track record proves the value that our solutions have provided to many of our Customers once implemented.
We therefore strive to blend the application of ideas, with our Customers, to provide real solutions. For example past experience of streamlining an organisation's management reporting can be applied to current problems of inconsistent financial reporting. Designing and building contribution analysis solutions can be applied to organisations facing capacity planning problems.
With a strong background in systems and business analysis, our solutions are practical and achievable. We do not claim to publish 'paradigm shifting' white papers, we would rather tackle a long list of practical improvements that directly enhance our Customers' processes and improve their efficiency.
Value
'Value Add' is a phrase often used, but an exercise rarely accomplished. Atlogus is rapidly building a reputation for positively impacting our Clients' bottom line. Whether it is conducting P&L studies on proposed new ventures, designing organisational structures, or creating and debugging inventory control reports, our value is delivered consistently and measurably.
Many of our Clients turn to us when their own IT or Process staff are overwhelmed with day-to-day tasks. In some cases we take over some of these tasks, freeing up internal resources to focus on strategic issues. In other cases we deliver alternative solutions that help streamline processes or create new opportunities. Very often, our general project management skills are applied to bring order and direction to groups suffering from overloaded schedules and tasks. Liaising across an organisation, we find ourselves in pivotal positions and often end up leading major initiatives for our Clients.
